Description:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage the processing of all non-PO invoices

Coordinate schedules with all suppliers to determine the cadence of invoice submissions (balance between suppliers to create an even amount per week).
Work with all managers to gather billing information prior to the invoices being submitted.
Manage Paper Inventory Program-Work with Paper Supplier to analyze usage between suppliers and address any inconsistencies with suppliers

Manage Postage request and reconciliation process
