The Cluster Head will be responsible for the achievement of the business goals for the Banking & Insurance cluster including collaborating with cross functional teams (CX, Marketing, Use cases and Product). He / She will directly oversee a team of Account Directors, leading strategic initiatives, driving team performance, and engaging with clients at the leadership level. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic vision, business acumen, and the ability to effectively manage both internal teams and external client relationships within the Banking Insurance vertical.
Experience: Overall 15+ years of experience with min 5+ years of team management experience

Business: You have managed $20M ARR PnL in the Banking, Finance & Insurance verticals. You have managed a team of enterprise sales executives in India.
Network: You know enterprise buyers in the Banking & Insurance vertical. You can easily catch them for coffee or invite them to events.
Strategy: You have driven, implemented, and evaluated cross-functional decisions that enabled the achievement of the company's objectives.
People: You have developed people who have stayed with you & enjoy the challenges of people from different cultures & backgrounds. You are a good team player - not just within your span, but also with your peers.
Tech & Product: You understand what telecom, software, APIs and AI can do. You are comfortable with the pivots that happen in the banking and insurance world.
Market Navigation: Utilize a deep understanding of banking and insurance landscapes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, while navigating through the ruggedness of the telecom sector.
