Family Nurse Practitioner

Position: P/T or F/T Family Nurse Practitioner

Coughran Medical serving Winnsboro, Columbia and Sterlington, Louisiana is recruiting a family nurse practitioner to join our well-established family practice. We are independently owned and have served Northeast Louisiana for nearly 30 years.

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will provide direct patient care rotating between our three locations. This position requires advanced critical thinking skills, collecting and documenting data in an electronic medical record, conducting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ordering and scheduling laboratory studies and professional consultations, prescribing appropriate interventions and medications, providing direct patient care services, physical examinations, wellness and acute illness evaluations. Population health/value-based care experience a plus.
