About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has experience in Oracle Financial & HCM implementation and Support projects with Technical Background. This is a full-time role at our main office in Pakistan, working as part of a global team. The Oracle Technical Lead role is responsible for new enhancement, development and day to day support operations for oracle fusion. Understanding pain areas and enhancing the system based on the industry best practices. Responsible for Application, Integration and Reports Development and Support for Fusion Applications..
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Support Oracle APEX custom Applications.
- Develop custom BIP and OTBI reports using Oracle Fusion tool.
- Support and manage all existing Custom solutions/processes built on PaaS.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage the deployment of Oracle Fusion applications and custom solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve day to day technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
- Ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders post-implementation to ensure successful adoption and usage.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and system guides.
- Use Oracle Fusion's data loading tools and utilities to import the data via FBDI and API’s and Web Services.
- Design and implement integrations with other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Must have experience:
- Preferable BS Computer Sciences.
- Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Background 3-4 years experience.
- Preferable certification in Oracle APEX and Integration Cloud.
- Should be able to communicate with business stakeholders.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner.
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Can do and will do attitude with a proactive approach on problem solving with full ownership.
- Combine patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot issues.
- Dynamic, results-oriented problem solver.
- Easily understand, investigate and solve technical issues in a details driven attitude.
- Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
