About the Role: 

Decoded is expanding and will be looking for a Paid Search Specialist (Senior/Analyst, Search Investment) to join our Search Investment team. 

* Please note that for this position, we are only able to consider applicants who are currently located and will be working from the New York Tri-state area at the moment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow clients businesses by optimizing marketing campaigns across Search Marketing platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SA360
  • Budget pacing and optimization to ensure optimal performance with delivery.
  • Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.
  • Develop strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings.
  • Package campaign insights and reports, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.
  • Drive industry leading intelligence through the development of innovative A/B tests and experiments.
  • Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media activations.
  • Drive internal processes and best practices for colleagues and team members.
  • Input and reconcile client billings on an ongoing basis under Manager supervision.

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 - 3 years' hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns 
  • Proficiency with Google Ads and / or SA360
  • Proficiency with website analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics
  • Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
  • BA/BS degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics a plus)
  • Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
  • BONUS EXP: Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, R, Python.
