Day to Day Work:
Break fix repair of HPE Industry standard servers, blades, storage and networking equipment. Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, and inventory control and the associated paperwork. Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local Client team.
Required Skills:
Background in computer repair, Data center experience as plus
Excellent communication skills.
Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.
Learn and retain proprietary processes.
