Data Entry Customer Service

The Data Entry Customer Service role involves providing excellent customer support while accurately managing and inputting data into company systems. This position bridges administrative data management and client-facing communication to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and via phone or email, with professionalism and courtesy.
• Input customer data and transaction details accurately into the database.
• Assist with generating reports, organizing customer records, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Uphold company data integrity standards and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Monitor and update customer accounts to reflect accurate information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or customer service are beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry with minimal errors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.
