Job Description:
location: - Hyderabad
Play a role of Good Team Leader in team with the aim to improve test coverage, increase transparency in testing, by implementing automated test within the test framework and test strategy- Maintenance and extending test framework
- Automated Test-case implementation
- Stong Manul ALM QC
- Ability to support development teams delivering into the System Team on tests and test process.
- At Least 5 to 7 years experience testing
- Deep understanding of software testing approaches (unit tests, integration tests, acceptance tests, negative testing)
- Must know how to Test UFT (VB SCRIPT), trasenseR CFT to task A (NO SCRIPT) like Performance, Stability testing
- Expertise in Defect tracking tools to identify the deviation in the product (JIRA, ALM)
- Expertise in Test Management Tools like TestLink, JAMA to create TestPlans, TestCases and manage various releases
- Understanding and implementation knowledge of data privacy concepts and information security laws will be an added advantage
- Ability to manageupdate existing test scripts based on application changes
- Hands-on experience testing through the development cycle and pre-release in an Agile framework
- Experience conducting root-cause analysis,
- Experience in identifying QA specific tools for Defects tracking, Requirements tracking, Traceability
- Strong ability to implement automation strategiesframeworks and engineer solutions in a rapid, iterative, and agile fashion in modern, cloud-based development stacks
- Provides expertise in structured test design, test set-up, metrology, data collection, data interpretation, and statistical analysis to design project team.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Healthcare Domain knowledge would be added advantage
- Scrum, Agile, ISTQB Foundation, SAFe
