Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing AI Legal Drafting team as an AI Legal Drafting Specialist. This role will be instrumental in using our innovative DemandsAI platform to generate high-quality demand letters. You will play a key role in expanding our product offering and ensuring its seamless adoption by our customers.
Responsibilities
- Document Drafting: Develop and maintain AI-powered drafting tools for demand letters. This requires understanding legal concepts related to demand letters and insurers, as well as an understanding of structure and style in text.
- AI Configuration: Develop prompts and analyze output for large language models to be used within personalized demand drafting tools.
- Information Characterization: Analyze and characterize legal information.
- Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the DemandsAI platform setup and training process, ensuring they understand its functionality and best practices.
- Product Feedback and Improvement: Actively gather and analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of new features and functionalities.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to customers encountering issues with the DemandsAI platform and output.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on legal trends and advancements in AI legal drafting technology.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with Large Language Models
- Educational background in law, data science, or digital humanities
- Experience with legal documents and concepts is a plus.
- Experience with computer logic or coding is a plus.
- Prior experience with machine learning or AI is a plus.
- Some onsite travel may be required
