TEAM
We’ll expand “mobility” not only for people but also for goods or information. As a mobility of goods, our project is going to provide innovative logistics services in Woven City, which is located in Susono, Shizuoka, by using delivery robots, smart devices and simulation technology. We believe that super-easy movements of goods can change our value and lifestyle. The product management team is leading and operating the product development of our product. You will manage the team and report to the manager of managers in the department.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced project manager who can lead the product development with partners from the UX and business point of view, and manage the product management team. And this position might be requested to change the working place from Tokyo to Susono. At least you have to go there frequently as a business trip. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead designing and operating the product development with partners from the UX and business point of view. (UXやビジネスの観点からパートナーとともに製品開発の設計・運用を主導)
- Manage the small team (maximum 5 persons) for product management team. (プロダクトマネジメントチームの少人数チーム(最大5名)のマネジメント)
- Communicate the stakeholders and manage the schedule of the entire product development. (関係者とコミュニケーションをとり、製品開発全体のスケジュールを管理)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience doing project managements for B2C product developments. (B2C 製品開発のプロジェクト管理を行った8年以上の経験)
- Hands-on experience defining product backlog items based on UX requirements. (UX 要件に基づいてプロダクトバックログを定義する実践経験)
- Hands-on experience doing user interviews and user testings with prototypes in product developments. (製品開発におけるユーザーインタビューやプロトタイプによるユーザーテストの実践経験)
- High ability and concrete experience communicating with UX researchers, UI designers, engineers and the product manager who have different background from yours. (自分とはバックグラウンドの異なるUXリサーチャー、UIデザイナー、エンジニア、プロダクトマネージャーとのコミュニケーションにおける高い能力と具体的な経験)
- 3+ years experience in the planning job or related job in complicated decision making process within large organizations. (3年以上の数名から十数名程度の小規模なチームのマネジメント経験)
- Business level English and Japanese. (ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語)
NICE TO HAVES:
- High flexibility and adaptability for the frequent changing situations. (頻繁に変化する状況に対する高い柔軟性と適応力)
- Hands-on experience defining PRD (Product Requirement Document). (PRD (製品要件文書) を定義する実践的な経験)
- Hands-on experience evaluating and improving products based on metrics. (指標に基づいて製品を評価および改善する実践的な経験)
- Experiences developing not only digital products but also hardware ones. (デジタルプロダクトだけでなくハードウェアプロダクトの開発経験)
- Domain knowledge in logistics or real estate development fields. (物流や不動産開発分野の専門知識)
