(fluent English) PPC Specialist (Lithuania)

We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled PPC Specialist who will be responsible for planning and launching LinkedIn ad campaigns.

What you will do:

• Plan strategies and launch campaigns on LinkedIn ads and other platforms;
• Participate in the development of ad creatives, writing ad copy;
• Prepare briefs for copywriters and designers;
• Daily or weekly monitor campaigns and metrics;
• Analyse competitors of the company;
• Create reports on marketing campaign effectiveness, including using Google Analytics 4.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 1+ year of proven experience setting up and managing LinkedIn ads;
• Basic skills in analytics and tracking services such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, FB Pixel, and Google Tag Manager;
• Knowledge of key metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, etc.
• Written and spoken English from Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Desire to continuously improve skills and learn new things.

Will be a great plus:

• Experience of setting up ads in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Quora ads, and Bing ad;
• Knowledge of web and marketing analytics tools (SE Ranking, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.);
• Courses, training, or seminars in targeted advertising and digital marketing.
