We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our amazing global HR team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our high, mid, and junior-level management, employee relations, and performance management, and be a significant part of the recruitment process. This role will execute different HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
This is a temporary position, a replacement for maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior and junior leadership to ensure the HR strategy is structured and functioning to best support our business.
  • Advise, coach, and guide employees and managers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
  • Work closely with executive/mid/junior level managers to align priorities and make sure the recruiting strategies are executed well (including negotiation with candidates and contract stage)
  • Supporting employee’s lifecycle in the organization from the recruiting process to the onboarding, personal employees’ development, and end of employment.
  • Guide employees on HR-related matters
  •  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of human resource business partner experience.
  • Experience advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including for R&D positions. 
  • Ability to influence and advise business leadership.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
  • Good understanding of the business environment.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
