Immersive Technologies is a world leader in the rapidly growing area of training Simulators and have revolutionized the way the global mining industry now trains its operators, with customers experiencing significant improvements in productivity, maintenance and safety.

We are a technology based company which requires the highest quality customer support team to ensure that we continue to meet our promises and exceed the expectations of our customers. We have an exciting opportunity based in our Jakarta office which requires the services of a person experienced in hands on technical support and account management experience from an IT or electronics background.

Responsible for installation, service and repair of simulators located in ASIA and internationally you will have:

  • Qualification Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Exposure to electrical & mechanical work
  • Good understanding of low and high voltage application
  • 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and Software application & installation
  • Good understanding in MS Office applications
  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Speak English fluently

Your excellent interpersonal skills, communication abilities and Information Technology (IT) knowledge will be essential to succeed in this role. These skills will enhance our customer’s utilization of their Simulators in a manner that results in constantly improving satisfaction and loyalty.

You must be capable of working with minimal supervision and be a strong self-starter.

This role requires the flexibility to travel to customer sites domestically and internationally (approx. 70% travel time under normal workloads). This would suit an individual who is able to develop and maintain effective customer relationships internally and externally and acknowledges and believes in the need for 24hour customer service.
