About the role

As we scale from a 'start-up focused' to an ‘enterprise-focused’ platform, we are looking for an experienced leader to build and own the Enterprise Business for the North India market.

We are looking for a leader who has 10+ years of experience in GMC Insurance Sales, built & led teams, consistently hit targets and thrive in taking full ownership of the business.

The leader will be responsible for driving the P&L for the North region including sales, account management, and renewals of our enterprise customers. The leader would work closely with both the Founders and the entire core leadership team and directly to the CEO.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a senior leader in the insurance industry who needs an extra-ordinary challenge, and wants to push well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles.

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of GMC (group medical cover) insurance sales experience at an insurance broking firm, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling complex deals to large organisations, preferably in the tech space (e.g., Google, Microsoft)
  • Proven experience in attracting and hiring high-quality sales and business talent
  • Experience in planning and managing regional P&L
