Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of security principles, practices, and methodologies (e.g., CIA triad, defense-in-depth).Familiar with access control methods (RBAC/ABAC)
- Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls, and how to apply them to secure organizational environments.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools that function in the following spaces: PAM / PIM / IAM, DLP, SOAR (XSIAM), Microsoft Security, AWS Security, Red Teaming / AppSec, Isolated Recovery Environments (IREs)
- Proficiency in securing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including knowledge of cloud-specific security tools and best practices.
- Knowledge of DLP technologies and strategies to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or exfiltration.
- Expertise in managing projects from initiation through closing, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ability to allocate resources efficiently and manage budgets to ensure project success within financial constraints.
- Proficient in working with diverse stakeholders (technical teams, executives, and external vendors) to align project goals with organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of working knowledge of one or more Identity-Based Security Solutions: Okta, Sailpoint, Delinea, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, etc.
- Any of the following preferred but not required: Security+, A+, Network+
- Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (50+ % of the time)

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
