We’re seeking an experienced Senior HR & Payroll Operations Associate to shape and manage HR and payroll operations for our clients' employees in Malaysia.

As a Senior HR & Payroll Operations Associate, You Will
- Ensure accuracy in payroll disbursements while complying with Malaysia's labor laws
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (Income Tax), HRDF, and other statutory contributions
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, achieving zero delays or errors
- Resolve employee and client escalations within defined SLAs
- Oversee HRMS data management to maintain flawless record integrity
- Collaborate with clients on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and performance reviews
- Develop and refine SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in HR and Payroll operations, specifically within Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory contributions
- Strong expertise in EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, and Malaysia payroll compliance
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese to manage client and employee communications
- Experience with HRMS and payroll software
- A go-getter mindset with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
