Country Sales Manager (Tire Product Experience is REQUIRED)

As an experienced Country Sales Manager in the Philippines you will play a pivotal role in driving the business growth and overseeing the operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer meeting. (B2B)
• Control the price list between the headquarters and the customer.
• Control the weekly ,monthly sales reporting process.
• Make strategic recommendations to management to help guide the company's future.
• Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
• Analyse, Develop, Plan, and Implement changes in sales to reflect the assigned goals, and company's plan and strategy.
• Understand market dynamics and be able to create and implement a strategy plan.
• Ensure consistency in Sales Funnel reviews across locations.
• Control the monthly sales reporting process, including analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Tire manufacturing company with at least 5 years of experience or working in at big whole seller
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Possess good quantitative and analytical abilities, as well as the capacity to analyse complex challenges.
• Superior interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to deal with people at all levels.
• Strong management skill.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions.
• Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Excellent organisational skills with a logical approach to your work.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
