Retail Associate - Stockton

• $17 Per hour plus overtime

• Greet customers upon entering the store
• Provide excellent customer support for customer auto part inquiries
• Assist with ringing and completing the sale
• Complete housekeeping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned by the task list (This may include cleaning tires, carrying batteries, mopping floors, etc.)
• Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management
• Follow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Proven Cashier experience
• Knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to lift tires and batteries weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule
• Ability to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual Spanish -desired
• Must be willing to get a little dirty sometimes
• Previous work experience in a retail environment -desired
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test

• Exposure to outdoors/weather conditions for times when you must go outside into the yard.
• Regular sitting, standing, bending, and walking as needed to provide proper customer service and to complete vehicle receiving duties.
