Sr. SCRUM MasterDuration: 2 Years with possible extension
Location: Greenville, SC (needs to relocate, no remote work)
Interview: 2-Step (Phone, then Skype)
Client: Once a candidate has passed the 1st filter and is invited to a phone interview, we can discuss the client
Most Important skills: - Looking for a SCRUM Master: Extensive experience working as a ScrumMaster in teams,
- Extensive experience providing coaching for transitioning organizations to Agile delivery practices,
- Experience coaching new ScrumMasters,
Experience working with scaled scrum frameworks e.g. LeSS, SAFE, etc., ScrumMaster and/or Scrum Coach certification from a nationally recognized board. - Extensive JIRA and confluence experience
- Broader experience with implementing DevOps processes in large organizations.
- Learning the agile working model and adopting it for actively working with the Scrum teams as Agile Coach and Scrum Master, Coaching and mentoring team members through setup and transition to use of agile / scrum processes,
- Acting as Scrum Master in 2-3 Scrum teams in a Large Scale Scrum Framework,
- Adapting the agile framework (based on LeSS) and supporting the team to adapt this new working model,
- Assessments of the current team process and recommendations for transitioning to Agile and Scrum methods, Supplementary training of client staff, as requested, on Scrum processes and procedures, Recommendations for and support for configuration of Agile sprint management tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, Card Walls, facilities, templates, etc.), Reviews/Retrospectives to evaluate progress and make adjustments to plan if necessary.
