The Role
The Sales Specialist in our global flagship, NYC, ensures customers have a consistent, quality experience in the store at all times. A Sales Specialist plays a key role in helping with creating and maintaining a selling focus in the store, supports company and management initiatives while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures as outlined by the organization.
Please note, Sales Specialists are eligible to participate in the rag & bone Commissions Program, and Incentive programs, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. The expectation in sales generation for this location is $1m annually+. The range listed is just one component of the Company's total rewards package for retail employees.

Availability Requirements

Performance based commission ranges between 1%-6%.
*Expected earning potential annually ranges from an estimate $70k+
Experience in a commissioned environment and flagship location preferred.
