You will:
- Draft company policies, procedures, and standards;
- Coach managers in addressing pressing HR matters concerning their team. Assess staff risks and value;
- Perform all procedures related to employees (employee lifecycle);
- Hold pre-onboarding, onboarding and support during the trial period (first day, first week, first month);
- Monitor employee mood (conduct 1-to-1 meetings and provide action plans). Assess staff risks and value;
- Conduct performance reviews and organize/moderate 360 assessments;
- Handle employee offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and provide feedback;
- Participate in the development of the L&D direction (educational programs for employees);
- Manage administrative tasks (working with employee documents).
From you:
- 2+ years experience in HR Manager/Business Partner role;
- Experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews & 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal);
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and you can always find a common language with everyone;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Proactive position;
- Flexible, ready for dynamics and changes;
- Level of English — Upper-Intermediate.
