Ocean import agent

Mandate:

Reporting to the department Manager, the Ocean Import Agent will process & review international import cargo, and manage booking transactions for a portfolio of clients. The candidate is responsible for monitoring international cargo from origin to its final destination. The candidate will also communicate with clients to ensure all deadlines are met in order to provide outstanding service to Delmar’s clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean import
• Knowledge of the transport industry
• College Degree or equivalent
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Knowledge of CargoWise considered an asset
