As the Director of Channel Partner Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of the Flex app. Your goal is to leverage the brand trust of our property management partners to enhance the visibility and adoption of Flex among their residents.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing marketing campaigns focused on expansion, customer communications, and advocacy. You will oversee all programs and campaigns that empower our current property partners to champion Flex to their residents. You will focus on optimizing our existing co-marketing program, and scale new growth levers from the ground up (ie: an incentive or referral program). You will collaborate with and enable our partners to successfully market Flex to their residents, with the goal of increasing adoption and usage of our product. This role requires close collaboration across marketing, product, sales, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful and cohesive customer programs.
This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, GTM.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City (3x/week in-office).
The national pay range for this role is $200,000-$211,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
