Researcher - Innovation Department

Job Summary

As a researcher in the Innovation Department at Tridge, you will spearhead the collection and analysis of diverse information to offer insightful recommendations that fuel innovation. Your role is pivotal in deepening our understanding of our target audience, user behavior, market dynamics, competitive landscape, business metrics, novel technologies, and emerging trends. This knowledge empowers us to retain a market advantage and ensures sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies, products, and market positioning.
  • Design and execute user surveys and interviews to understand needs and pain points.
  • Gather data from various sources, including surveys, online research, and industry reports.
  • Analyze and interpret product analytics, customer data, and sales data to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Develop clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making.
  • Assist in market forecasting and demand analysis for products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to align research with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices spanning various sectors.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a researcher in non-academic domain, with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis tools, research tools, or business intelligence software.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data and documents.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect the dots across different domains to design research that drive innovations.
  • Insatiable thirst for knowledge across diverse topics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey findings effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience working in innovation teams or related functions
  • Experience working in business, product, design, engineering, or marketing domains
