The IBM Resource on Demand Team is seeking a Business Transformation Architect for a contract opportunity in the Ottawa area .
This role is Hybrid , candidates will be expected on site for Team Meetings ect , the amount of days per week to be determined Role description:- Analysis and development of architecture requirements design with regard to process development and process mapping of existing and future state workflows;
- Development of employee training for future state business processes;
- Perform change impact analysis for business transformation and digital solutions;
- Scope Governance programs to enable business transformation;
- Provide guidance to modernize digital and IT operational programs;
- Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions;
- Participate in organizational realignment (including job re-design organizational re-structuring);
- Selecting, Implementing, Deploying an IT portfolio;
- Configuring a corporate reporting solution in a federal government context;
- Measuring, Reporting and making Recommendations to senior management on performance indicators;
- Aligning the needs and requirements of various stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements: - Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance Enhanced Reliability Status or higher
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Business Transformation Analyst (BTA).
- Experience must include minimum of 2 Business Transformation projects related to a Human Resource ERP Transformation Project
- Candidates must hold a valid certification in either Prosci or ADKAR
- Leading the transformation of a technology solution greater than $15 Million
- 3 years experience leading the development of business transformation strategies or plans for mid to large scale projects ( greater than $2 million) and include IT services to over 10,000 users
