Your Impact On Our Mission:
CircleLink Health is looking for a passionate and outgoing Enrollment Specialist to help enroll Medicare patients into a monthly check-in program. In this part time role, you will call eligible patients and encourage them to enroll in Medicare’s Chronic Care Management Program. Our program connects patients to registered nurses who will call them monthly to help them manage chronic diseases and prevent hospital admissions. We are seeking experienced sales professionals who are retired, but are looking to continue work and make a difference.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone to explain the Chronic Care Management program.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Chronic Care Management program and enrollment procedures.
- Build rapport and strong relationships with clients over the phone.
Qualifications:
- Retired sales professional with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, particularly seniors.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
- Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
Scheduling and Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week between 9:30am and 5:30pm EST
- Private space to complete calls
- STRONG internet-connected computer
