ABOUT THE TEAM
If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Wearing many hats: partnering with all operation departments on strategic topics and operational priorities,
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions by benchmarking, and finding best practices,
- Leading and/or supporting ops projects and new initiatives and managing the scope and requirements for all stakeholders,
- Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions,
- Designing comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions with support on decision making across the company.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management,
- 3 - 5 years of e-commerce, consulting or equivalent work experience preferred,
- Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses, believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making,
- Highly analytical and comfortable with complex business problems and decision, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity,
- Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn with agile mindset,
- Passionate to working with multiple stakeholders and excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business can only be built with people,
- Excellent command of gsheet/excel, good command of BI tools and SQL preferred,
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish,
- Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. These sessions are crucial for teamwork in solving complex issues, socializing, learning from each other, and experiencing our culture.
Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.
We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require being based in an office work environment.
