Lightspeed is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Information Systems (IS) team in Montreal, Quebec. In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing support solutions, as well as building and maintaining integrations. With extensive knowledge in Salesforce (including Data Models, Web Services and Security Models) you will be writing robust, clean and effective code for simple or complex user tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is competent in Design Patterns and Integration Testing. As a creative thinker and results-oriented team player, you are motivated to help the team succeed.

Kindly be advised that in order to be eligible for this role, it is a prerequisite that you maintain a place of residence within the city of Montreal, Quebec, and fulfill your job responsibilities at our corporate headquarters. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, customize, develop, and support solutions on the Force.com platform with Lightning, Apex and VisualForce
• Creatively write robust, clean and effective code for simple or complex user tasks
• Collaborate with the team to deliver product features and functionalities for multiple internal departments

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce concepts: Data Model, Web Services and Security Model
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies or paradigms
• Proven track record of delivering end to end solutions
• Extensive experience in Salesforce development and in the following technologies: JSON, RESTful APIs, web services
• Mulesoft experience for integrating CRM, Billing and ERP systems
• Solid experience in technical analysis, system’s design, peer review, prototyping, build and release, quality processes, automation and unit testing
• Experience in the SAAS business model and knowledge in source control / Git
