Position Summary
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist that will report to the Director of People Operations, Programs and Total Rewards. A successful candidate will be keen on attention to detail ensuring that employee records and processes are well documented and that our employees have access to the information they need when they need it. You will learn and be mentored by a brilliant, fun and world class team of analysts that build People information systems workflows and will teach you to perform systems tests, quality assurance and how to apply AI to better serve our employee population. In addition you will have the opportunity to learn about all areas of people operations and rewards including: setting fair and competitive compensation for our employees; ensuring that our benefits and programs meet the needs of our global team; building tools for employee self-service and more! This is a critical support role that will learn about our programs & policies and ensures that our team continues to scale via documentation, automation and self-service.
