Job Title: Intake Coordinator- HCBS Department

Responsibilities:

• Manage intake processes for new clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information.
• Coordinate initial assessments and appointments with therapists and healthcare providers.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

Please note: This is a full-time in-office position; remote work is not available. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-12pm.
