As a leader in the PDC and switch gear industry, our fabrication team works closely with our production and manufacturing teams to delivery above-standard power distribution centers and switch gears.

As a Paint Lead you will:

• Must be able to perform as instructed when instructed
• Must adhere to all Safe Practices, wearing and caring for all PPE required by OSHA and Company Policy
• Badges in, Clocks in and Jobs in daily
• Understands and able to instruct others in units of measure and is able to perform mathematical skills associated with mixing of paint components per paint specification.
• Can read and understand and explain to others Paint Specification, Paints/ Coats various types of metals and alloys
• Can set up and adjust and instruct others in the use of wet paint spray guns, and Powder coating machines to efficiently and safely coat parts per applicable paint specs
• Must pay close attention to details, these are precision pieces of equipment and must be kept adjusted and cleaned to perform the high-quality coating required
• Cleans work area, machines, tools and equipment.
