MUST HAVE: 1. Requirements gathering and documentation 2. Testing 3. Application maintenance or development The Project is seeking a Business Analyst/Tester to:
1)maintain current Portal applications used to support providers, clients & operations
2)respond to production support issues, alerts, service requests, TIER 3 escalation support requests
3)lead efforts relating to testing &/or coordination of release control efforts
4)plan & review test models for product test & release control (e.g., plans, data, & scripts)
5)identify & document process & technology improvement opportunities including defining business processes & performing business process re-engineering
6)identify & define detailed Portal functional requirements & use cases
7)analyze & design new Portal business processes
8)assist in translating Portal requirements & use cases into test conditions & expected results for product, performance, & user acceptance testing
9)participate in transitioning requirements & use cases to Portal architects & developers ensuring understanding of requirements
