Overview:
Improvix Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support the VP of Strategy & Innovation on a variety of cutting-edge and innovative projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple business functions, supporting both internal initiatives and external client-facing projects. You will gain exposure to areas such as digital branding, innovation labs, business development, and client delivery, making this an ideal role for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Strategy & Innovation to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, spanning marketing, special projects, innovation labs, R&D initiatives, business development, and client services.
• Attend business and technical discussions, providing valuable input, taking detailed notes, and acting as a representative for the VP when required.
• Assist in developing digital branding materials, preparing customer presentations, and managing employee engagement activities.
• Track project milestones, document tasks, manage schedules, and ensure timely communication among stakeholders.
• Interface with external clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Help drive project progress by ensuring tasks are completed on time and meeting project expectations.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise updates for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation and communications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating project needs and potential challenges.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing both short-term and long-term priorities.
