Treasury and Accounting Officer

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
● Ensure complete and timely data entry for all transactions for multiple providers.
● Follow different processes for each provider and maintain and update process
instructions as needed.
● Manage and track monthly tasks for each provider, ensuring tasks are completed on time
using the task manager.
● Regularly communicate with coworkers and ask necessary questions.
● Double-check transactions to ensure proper coding.

● Manage and organize all receipts, bank statements, and other documentation as needed
for each client’s account on Google Drive.
● Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
● Keep track of total hours worked by Vendors and submit Purchase Orders monthly for
payment.

Expected Outcomes and Deliverables:
● Provider accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
● Documentation is organized and accounted for.
● Task manager is updated daily.
● Timesheets are filled out daily.
● Processes are updated regularly.
● Communication with the provider and/or supervisor is prompt.

"Requirements:
● At least 5 years of accounting experience.
● Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
● Advanced technology skills and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
● Advanced knowledge of Google Drive.
● Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
● Reliable computer, internet connection, and electricity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
● Advanced accounting knowledge.
● Accounting experience for a US-based company.
● Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
Nice to have:
● Experience with task management software (QuickBooks Online).
Experience with rentals and loans "
