About this Opportunity:  

As the Senior Inside Sales Manager at Popmenu, you'll lead a team of Inside Sales Executives (ISEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), guiding them towards achieving sales excellence. Your primary objective is to develop a winning sales strategy and ensure our team is equipped to effectively leverage Salesforce and SalesLoft. 

What's on Your Plate: 

- Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives and Sales Development Representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and success. 
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. 
- Cultivate strong relationships within the restaurant industry, positioning Popmenu as the premier solution for restaurant technology needs. 
- Ensure our sales team is effectively utilizing Salesforce and SalesLoft to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. 
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

- Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. 
- Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other sales operations tools to help increase efficiency and output of sales teams. 
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and forge lasting relationships. 
- A passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to help restaurants succeed in the digital age.

At Popmenu we believe in transparency and meeting candidates at eye level. We know that money isn’t everything - but it is important: For this role, we have determined a compensation range of $200 to $230k OTE in addition to company equity to be a fair and attractive offer. We would love the opportunity to meet you and learn more about you and your background, and final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary from the amount above.
