About Client:
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.




Rate Range: $55-$60/Hr on C2C (All Inclusive)




Job Description:

• A senior experienced Technical Program Manager with understanding of client Products.
• Should have very good communication skills and be able to organize/co-ordinate with HPE partners, Suppliers, field support, customers, engineering teams etc. as needed.
• Skilled in creation of PowerPoint presentations and taking complex ideas and presenting them in a simple way.
• Must be in US and work in Central Time Zone.
• Good with PowerPoint design and other presentation skills.
• Manage customer project delivery of onboarding roadmap of selected vendor cost relief request processes Drive process improvement and automation efforts to streamline and/or automate processes.
• Investigate and submit business requirements to address advanced user and Business Group reporting needs.
• Manage governance requirements to manage request and project delivery processes.
• Capturing and tracking business user requirements for the SDOT (Strategic Discount Operations Team) cost relief process and tools enhancements.
