What does your job look like?

As a Data  Analyst you will plays a crucial role in the organization by analyzing and translating complex data into meaningful information to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that information systems meet business needs.

Your main responsibilities will be to

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Data Modeling: Design and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and dashboards, using visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
• Process Optimization: Identify and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, software development, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication.
• Project Management: Participate in and manage data-related projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

What you need to succeed on this rol

• Previous experience in data analysis, preferably in a business environment.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with databases and data modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) and Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services.
• Experience and knowledge in multidimensional models.
• Advanced/conversational English (Level B2 and above).
