As the Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility is to maintain optimal use of our SCM platform, Xactly Incent. This role involves analyzing business user requirements, implementing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that system performance aligns with business goals. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
What You will Be Doing
- Configure and maintain the Xactly platform, including plans, rules and calculations to meet the needs of the organization.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors identified from the primary stakeholders.
- Build, maintain and troubleshoot the Xactly reporting module (Analytics)
- Works effectively with cross functional teams to maintain optimal function of the Xactly platform. Partner with key stakeholders to gather and document requirements for changes and enhancements.
- Manage permissions, access, system operations, and settings for Xactly users.
- Maintain documentation and resources to assist users in utilizing the system effectively.
- Evaluate processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage projects to enhance system functionality for quarterly and annual incentive compensation plan changes.
What you Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a technical discipline (Required).
- 5-7 years’ experience in FP&A, Commissions or Sales/Revenue Operations (Required).
- Proven experience as a system administrator, with experience in system implementations and optimization, specifically with the Xactly Incent platform. (Required).
- Strong skills in SQL development (Required).
- Experience in the software or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
