Facility Scheduler needs facility Service contracting, manufacturing or construction scheduling experience.
Facility Scheduler requires:
o Minimum associates degree in business administration or construction/manufacturing/production related field,
o Bachelors degree preferred.
o Facility Service contracting experience.
o Construction/Manufacturing Scheduling experience.
o Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) experience.
o Experience in various Facilities/Construction disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) and Commercial Facilities Management.
o Completing records and reports related to building facilities and preventive maintenance programs.
o Strong time management, leadership and organizational skills.
o 5 years minimum of related experience required
o Must be able to identify and prioritize multiple service requests/projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes.
o Dispatching Environment, Construction Office Background, Procore Systems, Estimating Tools, Invoicing for Services Rendered, Scheduling
Facility Scheduler duties:
o Manage routine and emergency service requests for both daily incoming and afterhours calls and emails.
o Create work orders for all service requests, PM?s, routine repairs and corrective action work
o Schedules and dispatches contractors and team members.
o Debrief tradesmen and team members after completion of each call.\
o Respond to all messages left overnight, including emergencies.
o Maintain the schedules for Preventative Maintenance, Corrective and Reactive work orders
o Forecast workload for 30 days out
