We are looking for a full-time Solution Consultant to join our Continuous Services Value Development team in Finland, Helsinki.

You will design, configure, and deliver RELEX products to best fit customers’ needs. As a Solution Consultant you will play a key role in interpreting customer needs, designing innovative solutions, and delivering value-adding functionalities to our customers. This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving competency, and excellent consulting skills. You will also contribute to the development of new product areas and best practices. RELEX delivers product sets across the Retail, Wholesale, and CPG landscape.

This position is located at our Headquarters in Helsinki.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be working as a member of a team of professionals dedicated to a Tier 1 customer in Finland. As a Solution Consultant in Customer Operations organization, you will be designing innovative solutions for the customer’s needs and delivering measurable value. Since you will be working directly with the customer stakeholders, understanding their business environment and needs are a key in this role. To take this value into practice as a Solution Consultant requires strong consulting and effective communication skills. Also, ensuring high level service levels requires close co-operation with various internal stakeholders at Relex, such as service delivery, customer success and technical solutions teams.

What we are looking for:

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in supply chain planning, demand and inventory planning, software implementation or other relevant area in retail / supply chain / consulting industry OR a degree in Supply Chain Management, engineering, math, computer science, or software systems
• Ability to map customer requirements and translate those into software configuration
• Experience in a minimum of three of the following areas:
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Inventory management
  • Demand forecasting
  • Logistics
  • Retail planning & optimization
  • Business Data analytics
  • Experience building and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Nice to have some experience in the following areas:
  • Technical / coding ability
  • SQL/VBA
• Fluency in Finnish and English

What we consider as an advantage:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with a Grocery / CPG / retailer or supplier
• Previous consulting experience
• Experience in inventory management, demand planning, replenishment, and/or allocation
• Capability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders from end users to C-level
• Ability to understand Supply Chain Management and other retail planning systems from business and IT perspectives
• Entrepreneurial attitude with an interest in growing the business
• Strong work ethic, ability to learn on the fly, autonomy in delivering tasks, and self-starter approach to taking on new challenges and expanding your horizons
• Familiarity with large sets of data and the ability to parse through to find key information
• Experience in technical systems, software, or coding (e.g. SAP, Oracle, SQL, Python, VBA)
