This role is essential in modeling complex commission structures and providing high-level technical support to ensure accurate and timely compensation for our affiliates. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the direct sales industry, with expertise in both digital services and physical products.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Commission Structure Development:</strong> Design, develop, and implement commission structures, including Binary, Unilevel, and other tree-based models. Model commissionable volume (CV) and incentive points (IP) to ensure accurate and efficient payout processes.</p><p></p><p><strong>Data Analysis & Reporting:</strong> Utilize MS SQL to query, analyze, and manage large datasets related to commissions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards in MS Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a HUGE plus. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization within commission models.</p><p></p><p><strong>Technical Support:</strong> Provide level 3 technical support for commission-related inquiries and issues, resolving complex problems with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot and enhance the functionality of commission systems.</p><p></p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with finance, sales, and IT departments to align commission structures with company goals and ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to explain commission structures, changes, and impacts.</p><p></p><p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Continuously assess and refine commission processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions and enhancements.</p><p></p><p><strong>Documentation & Training:</strong> Document commission structures, processes, and changes for internal reference and training purposes.
