<p>Job Description</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description<strong>Performs staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans</strong>. Performs cost analysis or modeling of alternative commission/incentive plan design or quota levels.<br></strong></p><p>Company is seeking an experienced <strong>Commissions Developer &amp; Analyst</strong> to join our growing team. This role is essential in modeling complex commission structures and providing high-level technical support to ensure accurate and timely compensation for our affiliates. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the direct sales industry, with expertise in both digital services and physical products.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Commission Structure Development:</strong> Design, develop, and implement commission structures, including Binary, Unilevel, and other tree-based models. Model commissionable volume (CV) and incentive points (IP) to ensure accurate and efficient payout processes.</p><p></p><p><strong>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</strong> Utilize MS SQL to query, analyze, and manage large datasets related to commissions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards in MS Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a HUGE plus. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization within commission models.</p><p></p><p><strong>Technical Support:</strong> Provide level 3 technical support for commission-related inquiries and issues, resolving complex problems with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot and enhance the functionality of commission systems.</p><p></p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with finance, sales, and IT departments to align commission structures with company goals and ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to explain commission structures, changes, and impacts.</p><p></p><p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Continuously assess and refine commission processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions and enhancements.</p><p></p><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Training:</strong> Document commission structures, processes, and changes for internal reference and training purposes. Assist in training team members on commission processes and the use of related tools.</p><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in the direct sales industry, preferably with companies offering both digital services and physical products.</li><li>Strong understanding of tree structures, including Binary and Unilevel models.</li><li>Proficiency in MS SQL and advanced MS Excel skills.</li><li>Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul><p><br> </p><p>Why is This a Great Opportunity</p><p>Company offers unparalleled access to travel savings, education, health and beauty products, supported by a compensation plan that stands out in the industry.
