The Facilities Operations IDIQ Manager, based in Washington, D.C. provides overall leadership for all technical aspects of the work performed under this contract. The IDIQ Manager will serve as the agency’s principal subject matter expert and manage all project staff. The IDIQ Manager will continuously monitor all contract activities and recommend adjustments when necessary.
- Technical leadership: Provides technical leadership for all aspects of the work
- Contract performance: Manages the contract performance of the Task Orders
- Compliance: Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Reporting: Develops regular reports and monitors activities
- Liaison: Serves as the primary liaison with the relevant organization
- Staff management: Manages project staff, including training, mentoring, and hiring
- Representation: Represents the organization at meetings, workshops, and other events
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership facilities operations role and leading large teams
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal agency rules and regulations
- Experience managing IDIQs; covers capital expenditures program includes projects of varying size, complexity, disciplines, and scopes of work
- Extensive knowledge of operations strategic planning performance management to support
- Experience and be responsible for the contract’s operations performance management and strategic planning
- Full range of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to include installations of Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and Sprinkler ,Elevator Operations,Janitorial, Pest Control and Grounds Maintenance Services,Wet & Dry Fire Suppression Systems
Generator/ATS/UPS – Critical Power
- Familiar with Architectural and Structural aspects of buildings
- AutoCAD and ability to read building plans, riser diagrams and schematics
