| Job Description | The Data Analyst works under the supervision of the Sr Data Analyst and/or manager to build and support database solutions for TAPFIN business applications Works with Sr data Analyst to designs and implement data integration modules for extracting, transforming, and loading (SSIS ETL) functions. Provides maintenance of business data and ensures data quality and integrity. Participates in overall development process including estimation and planning, as well as architecture, design, and code reviews.. Requires customer focused development and a continuous drive to exceed the business and clients expectations. 1. Provides day to day data analysis support for customer inquiries and reports. 2. Works with Sr Data Analyst, Business Analyst and TAPFIN Program Teams to obtain data requirements and perform data analysis; designs and implements data integration modules for extract/transform/load (SSIS ETL) functions. 3. Assist in database maintenance and support including monitoring, daily/monthly maintenance jobs. Provide production support as needed. |
| Required Skills | Must be an expert in Excel Must be able to tie process and data Validate data quickly Must be able to take Data from multiple data sources, combine accurately Update processes in a rapidly changing environment One of the key functions of the position is to scrub data, prepare in upload templates, process the uploads, QC the uploads and communicate to the requestor or business owner that the loads are complete. Will be using Fieldglass to run reports, Excel to prepare the templates, Fieldglass to upload, and FG/Excel to QC the finished product. Uploads will include assignment, timesheet, and invoice data. Will need to take direction well, and work independently. Quick learner required! |
