Level of Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree with 5 years of experience, or Associate degree with 7 years of experience, or 10 years of relevant experience

2. Years of experience in Position Title: Five years of experience in a desktop Specialist role

Skills & Qualifications

· Certification(s) - Degree program or relevant certification dependent on role

· Proven background in working with endpoint management software - Experience with Intune, AirWatch and like endpoint management solutions

· Demonstrated knowledge of working with endpoint solutions - 5+ years working with endpoints

· Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft and Android endpoint device operating systems - Certificate and 5+ years working with Endpoints

· Mobile device management - Experience with mobile devices including iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and like devices for security, patching, and remote device management

· Communications Requirements

ü Ability to interact with all endpoint technologists in the organization.

ü Must have the ability to assess, plan and implement a technical solution and share the plan with management

· Work Environment - Working independently and/or in a team environment may be required for some engagements. Hybrid telework/onsite office environment.
