This is a key role in our People Office as a part of our Internal Recruitment team.
APAC is one of our most important regions and we'd love to find someone who can bring new ideas!! This is a role that will give you visibility, challenges, and a great sense of accomplishment.
You are an expert in your market and will be responsible for analysing and defining the search strategy and providing advice to management; from initial briefing, search and interviews, presentation of candidates and job offer.
You will recruit across multiple locations, profiles and seniority levels. This includes our graduate programs as well as senior strategic hires. You will drive all candidate engagement activities and work with Talent Leadership team in People excellence related projects (Employer branding, search strategies, market intelligence reports, DE&I, amongst others)
You will have a good level of autonomy in the region taking a leading role in suggesting and implementing improvements where necessary.
Some of the activities that you will be responsible for are (but are not limited to):
Direct sourcing candidates and conducting all screening interviews
Search, analyze, build a network in the market and select candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews.
Leading the hiring process from CV screening to Offer closing
Work closely with regional People Team members to facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires
Working with your regional hiring managers to identify the best profile and search strategy for your region
Advertising job vacancies and actively driving recruitment efforts through appropriate channels (eg. job boards, universities, recruitment fairs)
Work with Talent Leadership team in recruitment excellence related projects (Employment branding, ATS and process implementation, Improving search strategies, market intelligence reports, etc)
Requirements & Skills
4 years of experience in a similar role
Natural at building relationships, focused on team collaboration, results and with a positive attitude
Adept at conducting market research to supplement package standardization efforts
Has a proven track record in recruitment and excellent communication & negotiation skills
Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken). Fluency in Chinese is welcome but not required
