FP&A team helps management execute the company’s financial strategy. We conduct comprehensive financial analyses looking for opportunities to improve the company’s financial performance, being responsible for financial forecasting & reporting to investors.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Financial Modeling - develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives;
- Reporting - prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management;
- Data-driven insights- collect, define and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Autonomous projects and company analysis- seek and participate in strategic projects that may provide improvements to our operations.
What You Need To Succeed:
- Spreadsheet wizardry- mastery of Excel with the ability to present data clearly;
- Finance junky- passion for numbers, trends, and the intricacies of corporate finance, with a background in business, finance, or related fields;
- Tech savvy- someone who embraces innovation and isn’t afraid to experiment —whether it’s learning new software, automating processes using SQL, and leveraging generative AI tools like ChatGPT;
- Team player- collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team;
- Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both portuguese and english;
- Critical thinking - Have an analytical mind and the ability to solve problems with attention to detail. Think for yourself and question processes;
- Proactiveness and desire to learn - Explore your curiosity without being afraid to fail and being open to feedback;
- Ownership - Assure that every task you are responsible for reaches its conclusion.
