Be part of Xero’s ambitious payments strategy to transform the way our customers get paid. Leading one or more of the portfolio’s growth teams you’ll be responsible for moving the most critical metrics related to payments revenue.
Zinger is a fully remote and dynamic team driving payments revenue through a exceptional onboarding experience. We’re a multi-talented team, delivering value with customer-facing experiments, data-driven decisions, and a creative edge that fuels Xero's revenue growth. Committed to in-person quarterly catch ups, we foster collaboration, fun, and uphold high engineering standards, whilst continuing to deliver at pace.
What's the role?
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of onboarding and growth into our payments journeys. This is an essential part of Xero’s ambitious growth strategy as a payments provider servicing businesses globally.
This role will champion our payments onboarding process and be a key player in achieving our growth targets! The goal here is to get more Xero customers using our payments services. How we get there is up to you!
You'll be the master of metrics, diving deep into performance data to drive smart decisions and exciting experiments. Collaborating with many other Xero's to create a customer journey that's smooth sailing; building strong relationships to ensure everyone's onboard for success.
