Contracts Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract management process, from negotiation to final execution. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that contracts are drafted effectively, terms and conditions are favorable, and all parties are in compliance with contractual obligations. You will also be responsible for managing contract changes, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate contract documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration or law. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management. In-depth knowledge of contract law and legal requirements. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus. •
