Pipefitter

PC Construction is seeking Pipefitters for a water treatment plant project, located in Fredericksburg, VA. Responsibilities include assembly and installation of piping and mechanical equipment for air, chemical and water systems. Preferred applicants have at least five years of experience and an interest in heavy construction.

Minimum five (5) years overall experience as a pipefitter and rigging.

Experience working with large diameter above and underground flanged ductile iron piping systems.

Experience with installation of process equipment, such as pumps and tanks.

Expertise with rigging of piping and equipment. NCCO Certified Rigger Level I or II (or willingness to obtain certification).

Experience operating a forklift.

Willingness to assist will ancillary work such as miscellaneous metals.   •
