Lead Pastor of Congregational Care (Reservoir Campus)

We know that life has special seasons of pain and joy. Whether it’s dealing with hospitalization, preparing for a wedding, battling food insecurity, welcoming a new child, grief and loss, financial struggles, or anything else, we want to care for our church family through it all! That's why we are looking for a compassionate shepherd to join our team to help us lead the way in care for 5,500 people that call Pinelake Reservoir home.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree minimum, four to six years of related experience and/or training, and with practical ministry leadership experience of leading at least 100.

Pinelake's Story:

The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi, in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God's grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, Starkville, and our online campus. Weekly, we serve over 12,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.

Reservoir Campus:

Pinelake Church started in 1971 in the community we call the Reservoir. Today, the Reservoir campus welcomes over 5500 people every week to one of our worship gatherings. This campus draws attendees from the Metro-Jackson area, the Reservoir community, and beyond!
